This is a long dj, really sweet and nicely drawn. Iruka has a near death experience that reminds him how much everyone means to him, and how much they care about him in return. It's mostly KakaIru, but there's strong reference to past Iruka/Mizuki and some overly tactile displays of affection from Sasuke and Kurenai (cute crack).
NOTE: This book may be part of a longer series called "Kizuna".
